<p style="font-size:18px;margin-bottom:8px;">Right now, Texas Republicans are trying to pass a bill that would <em>dramatically</em> limit access to the ballot box. They want to make it harder to vote by mail, ban drive-through voting, and eliminate extended hours during early voting.

<p style="font-size:18px;margin-bottom:8px;"><strong>The only thing keeping that anti-voter bill from becoming law is our Democratic delegation, who left the state so that Governor Abbott wouldn't have the quorum he needed to jam this bill through.</strong>
</p>
<p style="font-size:18px;margin-bottom:8px;">We can guarantee that Texas House Democrats will keep doing whatever it takes to hold the line in our state, but this is a wake up call. We need everyone in America to stand up with us to defend our democracy, not just in Texas, but nationwide.
