Grit, determination, and heart helped my family get by, but it was the care and support of our community that helped us thrive.

<p style="font-size:18px;margin-bottom:8px;">I've dedicated my entire career to building a better future for the people of New Mexico -- from working as a science educator to serving as the first woman elected as state house representative to House District 28. I'm ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work for the people of New Mexico's first congressional district, but I'll need you by my side to make it possible.
